I have read Flavio is saying Terry would be good if we get bigger because of his experience ect.....Seem strange to be saying such things after appointing a new manager..

Terry did a superb job for us when he was our manager, also he was always happy to stop and chat about the team or a certain player if you caught him in South Africa road, very friendly and likeable, a man of the people....Also the best England manager since Sir Alf

It has, although I suspect Briatori's thinking is that Venables (or even the empty promise of Venables) could help draw bigger named players.
