I thought I'd remind everyone of some of the stuff that 'User Profiles' allows you to do:

Clearly, many of you have already noted that this is where you can manage your avatar, but did you also know you can add blogs, photo galleries and guestbooks to your own personal page, a bit like myspace or facebook.

Even more interesting, it is a public page with a URL you can give to all your friends:

http://www.qpr.org/your username here

Give it a try now!  Even spaces and punctuation work.
