I've made some changes to the site design, hopefully making it more attractive.  There are still a few odd looking bits (pencils in the welcome box, strange shoutbox layout, wrong link colours in the inbox).  I need to fix these problems, but otherwise I'm generally happy with it.

I think we'll call this version 4.1... I promise to stop fiddling with the site soon. I've got it almost exactly how I want it to look, for now....
