It's more than that. Milner was sold out from under him, and then the money wasn't reinvested. No wonder Owen's been looking to get well away.

I expect him to be sold off in January......

He is still in talks apparently. But cracks look very wide.
It appears the last straw were that Wise attempted to sell Owen and Barton, against Keegan's wishes, on last day of window. Keegan went batshit when he heard and walked out. Ashley attempting to pursuade him to stay. I suspect the only thing that will do that is if Ashley boots Wise out.

So another bet.
Kenyon out, Wise in at Chelski before the end of the year?
