this is my first topic being a new member but i want too know as a sunderland supporter

 

what is the ground like my dad wont telll me everytime i ask him he says "stick to your posh stadium of light"

 

what do you think of it?

improvements?

anyone got any good pictures of match day?

whats the atmosphere like?

Was described to me as a Subbuteo Ground. Small, perfectly formed and everything in the right place.
Pretty accurate. The crowd are right at pitchside and very compact, so we make a heck of a noise when needed.
There is too much negativity for my liking, but years of hurt will do that to a man.
Love the place and (most of) the people.

So why QPR, is your life short of disappointment or do you feel its the best place to see as many players and managers as possable in 1 season. It is a nice compact ground, have not found anywhere i like better despite several desperate searches. Best ground in country followed by Anfield though never been to stadium of light, went to stoke once. No where to park though as area surrounded by BBC (must phone Andrew Sachs to complain).
